Why
Smokers Should Seriously Think About Quitting Smoking
"Getting
Started"

1 in
every 3 smokers dies early as a result of their smoking habit. Heart
disease, stroke, cancer and emphysema are not uncommon. As more and more
people become aware of the deadly effects of smoking, it has become less
and less desirable.
Furthermore,
breathing in secondhand smoke causes just as much harm to nonsmokers.
Breathing in secondhand smoke can cause similar breathing problems in
children and cancer and heart disease in adults.
In
this era, many public places and work places are going smoke-free. This
of course is to encourage smokers to make the move to quit and keep
everyone's lungs healthier.
Cigarettes
used to be so much a part of the American scene that smoking may even
seem as though it is normal. But as the truth becomes more evident more
people can see the fact, that smoking isn't normal. Smoking
is very addictive and people really fall sick and die as a result of
smoking.
Even
if you have been smoking for a very long years, you will still stand to
gain the many many benefits from quitting now. Not only will you reward
yourself and your family with better health and vitality, but just think
of no longer having that hacking cough, messy ash trays, lingering smell
of stale smoke and that yellow stains on your fingers and teeth. And
think about all that money you will save from not smoking. Quitting smoking now can actually save you enough money for your
retirement, or for that trip or for that new car.
But
can you do it? YES of course you can! Millions of people have done it, thousands of people quitting each day,
so why not you? Yes you can quit smoking if you make that commitment today
and take a step closer each day to being
smoke free. You can do this!!!
